Bitobit is an Italian independent game studio and publisher. We create original IPs, revive legendary classic titles, and support the next generation of indie developers through our publishing platform — all of this, bit by bit.

We develop original titles like Millennium Runners, our anti-gravity racing universe, as well as authentic revivals of beloved classics like The New Zealand Story: Untold Adventure (licensed from TAITO). You can browse our full catalog in the Games section.

Absolutely! We have an active Open Call program for indie studios. Submit your playable demo and pitch deck — the community votes, and the top studios win co-funding and full publishing support. Visit the Developers section for more details.

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the website. You will need an email address and a password. Once registered, you can purchase games, manage your library, join tournaments, and more.

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a link to create a new password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Log in and go to your Account Settings. From there you can update your display name, email, avatar, and other profile details.

Yes. Please contact our support team through a support ticket and request account deletion. We will process your request and permanently remove your data within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR regulations.

We currently accept payments through PayPal, which supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance. More payment options may be added in the future.

All prices shown on the website include applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees or surprises at checkout.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from playing a purchased game, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Starcade is our subscription service that gives you access to our game library for a monthly or yearly fee. We offer multiple tiers from Free to Pro, so you can choose the plan that fits you best. Visit the Starcade page for pricing details.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees. Any games you purchased separately remain in your library forever.

The Bitobit Launcher is our desktop application for Windows that lets you install, update, and play all your Bitobit games in one place. It includes cloud saves, achievements, and tournament access built right in. Download it from the homepage.

The Bitobit Launcher runs on Windows 10 or later and requires minimal system resources. Individual game system requirements are listed on each game's product page.

First, make sure your game and the Bitobit Launcher are up to date. Try restarting the launcher and verifying the game files. If the issue persists, open a support ticket with details about your system (OS, GPU, error messages) and we will help you troubleshoot.

Yes. When you play through the Bitobit Launcher, your progress is automatically synced to the cloud. You can pick up right where you left off on any device. Cloud save sync happens each time you launch and close a game.

Yes. Any game you purchase individually is yours to keep permanently, regardless of whether you have an active Starcade subscription. Your purchases and subscription work side by side.

Some of our titles are also available on Steam. However, buying directly from our website supports the studio more directly and often comes at a better price. You will also get access to exclusive features like tournaments and achievements through the Bitobit platform.

Bitobit regularly hosts competitive tournaments where players can compete for prizes and climb the leaderboard. Tournaments are free to enter for all registered users (Pro subscribers get free entry to select premium events). Check the Tournaments page for upcoming events.

Gifting is not available at this time, but it is a feature we are working on. In the meantime, you could purchase a game on someone's behalf using their account credentials with their permission.
